1. Acceptance of Terms
By inviting, accessing, or using Badge-O-Matic, or interacting with services provided by the developer, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use or interact with Badge-O-Matic.
2. Eligibility & Discord Terms
You must be at least 13 years old, or meet the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, to use the Bots. By using them, you affirm that you follow Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
3. Description of Service
Badge-O-Matic provides automated role and status tracking, custom leveling and leaderboards, dynamic badge awarding, custom auto-responses, and server economy management.
4. Acceptable Use & Conduct
Please do not exploit, reverse engineer, or abuse bot functions, leveling mechanics, or economy features; transmit harmful, illegal, harassing, or malicious content; spam commands; or intentionally overload database operations or API requests.
5. Availability & Service Termination
The Bots are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for users, roles, or servers that violate these Terms or Discord’s guidelines.
6. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of, or inability to use, the Bots. These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
